In this concept durability is leading and then we talk about: People Planet Prosperity.
At the moment the location is a product of the Delta Works, early seventy. At this moment at this location is very quiet.
This location is part of the primary sea defence of the South Western Part of Holland.
The aim is how to develop a new leisure concept where water protection/safety for now and the future can be assured.
Within Transcoast we will carry out investigation towards this important aspect.
